Booked.net supposed gave me a reservation but Hampton Inn didn't have it. They said if booked through a third party the reservation didn't show up there!! We were out of luck. Booked.net is the worst

They tried to overcharge us and had to fight to get this changed. The staff was not very friendly or helpful with this problem. Will not stay here again!

The value for money at the Hampton Inn was excellent and the room was fantastic, with blackout blinds that made for a great night's sleep. The location was convenient, close to the convention center and major highway, and there were plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. The staff, especially Angie from the breakfast team, went above and beyond to ensure everyone was taken care of and provided fresh food.

Food for breakfast could have been improved, as the egg omelette was lukewarm when served. Additionally, it would be helpful if the hotel provided a guide for TV channels and other useful information in the rooms.

The room, bathroom, appliances were clean and in very good condition. Nothing worn out or too old. Location was great! I walked to the best restaurants - Outback and Cracker Barrel. No loud noises on this Thursday night, except interstate traffic, which was not bad.

Bed slept okay, but pillows kept going flat, so I had to keep balling them up or stacking them.
